·        Managing the operations to ensure that the plan target is achieved in terms of production, quality and delivery.

·        Ensuring that decisions are made on all aspects of the planning function; advising on order acceptance and coordinating with merchandising, development and the production departments

·        Responding to employees’ issues and working closely with Human Resource Section to solve them

·        Conducting meetings to identify the failures and rejects, subsequently reworking and applying the effective use of problem solving tools and techniques to eliminate the root cause of problems.

·        Monitoring the HC / process to ensure that expenses are controlled and within the budget.

·        Developing and implementing systems, standards and procedures to improve the planning and loading processes

·        Risk analysis involved for each print from development stage with sample room & production to have preventive action in the bulk

·        Ensuring to keep application of new technology updated in the respective disciplines

·        Leading, guiding, monitoring and improving team performance to ensure that employee knowledge and capabilities are continuously enhanced to meet current and future requirements

·        Monitoring daily production & solution oriented for the issue, ensure monthly target are achievement

·        Ensuring that the factory adheres to the requirements of ISO 9000, health and environment and buyers compliances

·        Improving process to get effectiveness on productivity

·        Deployment high technique to benchmark with business requirement

·        Training staff for skill & knowledge for technique
