Job Description
Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…)
Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts of future talent needs.
Manage the procurement with them and evaluate their performance based on KPIs set
Managing full-cycle recruiting for vacant positions, provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals.
In conjunction with OD team to support in employer branding initiatives,
including support in Talent Programs across levels
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related degree required.
Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience required
Good relationship management skills-ability to establish credibility and partner with leaders to identify talent gaps, needs, risk and plans for actions
Ability to translate business plans to recruitment strategies; demonstrated business acumen.
Strong customer orientation and influencing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
