Job Description
- Bearing maintenance and technical supports at the countrywide customers
- To identify and analyze technical details of customers' requirements and to communicate these clearly and accurately to both the customer and the organization.
- To work closely with the sales organization, contribute to opportunity generation and support the development of value-added solutions.
- To support application reviews on machines and equipment.
- To participate in the execution of Root Cause Analysis of the customers' applicatio
- Provide technical solutions to industrial customers
- To conduct and support internal and external training
- To be responsible for customer relationship management at the engineering level.
- To create application engineering proposals and customized solutions according to customer requirements and present to customer concisely with the application concept, design, and technical specifications.
- To propose necessary technical report, solution proposal in both English and Vietnamese as needed.
Job Requirements
1. Qualification: Diploma or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
2. Specific experiences: At least 3 years experienced in mechanical maintenance for rotating equipment in industrial segments (Metal/Steel, Mining/Cement, Pulp & Paper, Power…)
3. Skills & Competencies to be successful on the job
· Solid technical knowledges of bearing application and maintenance of rotating equipment.
· Good hands-on, experiences and skills in maintenance of industrial rotating equipment, willing to work on-site
· Ability to understand customers’ business and requirements.
· Good planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem- solving skills
· Independent, self-motivated, and self-disciplinary working style
· Teamworking both locally, regionally and on area level
· Has a basic knowledge on key industries
· Presentation skills
· Ability to build strong customer relationship
· Good command of English & translating skills
· Ability to use basic electronic literature & software (preferred)
