Job Description
Business Development:
· Doing account management and business development....
- Approach- identify and telescreen prospective clients using a variety of channels: Candidate’s Referral, Competitors’ Website, VietnamWorks-Careerbuider - Linkedin...
· Conduct meeting with clients and negotiate the contract
· Connect, maintain and build up a good relationship with clients
· Meet KPI for number of BD calls and Client Meetings, Candidate's profile send to clients and interview, job placement,.... each quarterly
· Develop and maintain database of potential clients
Candidate Engagement:
· Search, approach, dentify and telescreen prospective candidates using a variety of channels: Company’s Database, LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, CareerBuilder, Primus, Personal Networking…
· Do matching candidates’ profiles to job orders from clients
· Interview and shortlist candidates and prepare profiles send to clients
· Arrange meeting interviews for candidates and follow-up feedback from clients afterwards
· Build up a good relationship with candidates and potential candidates for database
· Meet quarterly targets for number of vacancies filled and revenue each quarter
· Develop and maintain database of potential candidates

Job Requirements
· Graduates / post graduates majoring in HR, Business. Administration, Marketing or other related fields.
· Overseas study is preferred
· At least 1-5 years’ experience in HR/recruitment, sales with a proven track record.
· Fluent in either English or Japanese or another language, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese
