Job Description
Health and Safety and housekeeping
- Follow and support to deliver company and department‘s activities, KPIs relating to H&S.
- Responsible for H&S within responsible areas
Processes
- in place for all activities and continuously review process for quality improvement
- Making sure all operators are well trained
- Making sure all W.I, SOP audited and corrective actions recorded and completed.
- Identify machinery that does not produce desired Productivity and work with maintenance to rectify
- Periodically check and make sure machines, chiller, air compressors in good condition by working closely with Maintenance and Facility team
Quality
- Create the testing plan to catch up all machines are tested to meet the requirement
- Ensure deliver Finished good meet quality specification.
Job Requirements
- University/ college graduate preferred in Technical or Engineering
- Good management of people
- Demand quality , acting with integrity, accountable
- Careful, Focus
- Communication well
- Be able to prepare training document in a clear and systematic structure
- Good use of Excel, Word , PowerPoint
