Job Description

• Work closely with the BOD, and BOM to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. • Act as a key member of the leadership team, making critical decisions that impact the company's growth and success. Oversee and work closely with the Sales and Brand Management team to maximize sales in the domestic market: Cask sales, Retail sales, HORECA, and Wholesale Sales including Ecototes. • Support the Chairman and BOD in developing international markets providing expertise and network. • Oversee Marketing activities and events both online (Digital / Social Marketing) and offline. • Increase online sales through website activities and other initiatives • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing teams across various functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR Admin, etc - excluding spirits production) and ensuring that the company is operating efficiently and effectively. • Identify areas of the business where operational processes can be improved; develop and implement plans to optimize these processes. • Identify new business opportunities, build partnerships, and expand the company's reach. • Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee legal and compliance-related matters. • Manage financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company is operating within budgetary constraints. • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, including developing and implementing risk management strategies. • Manage and optimize the company's resources, including staffing, equipment, and technology, to ensure that they are being used effectively and efficiently Guide, challenge our leaders and subject matter experts to ensure our teams' strategies align to the objectives and goals of the company. • Build and lead a high-performing team of employees, setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating a positive and engaging work culture. • Other tasks assigned by Supervisors
