Job Description
- Ability to undertake new responsibilities as support and back-up of team members
- Assist in any ad hoc project as specify by management
- Assist to check and prepare monthly VAT, SCT, FCWT and CIT and submit the requirement reports to taxation department
- Assist to Head of Finance in pricing/ credit limit review
- Liaise with Logistic department to update system costing on a regular basic
- Managing document: arrange and store document easily for retrieval
- Prepare required Tax/ Statistics/…. reports in line with Vietnamese law requirement
- Provide Balance Sheet items movement and breakdown. Also, reconciliation vs. P&L
- Provide efficient financial reports with analysis comments
- Provide monthly breakdown & reconciliation report as requested.
- Review provisions to ensure accounting entries align to IFRS and Tax guideline.
- Validate contracts
Job Requirements
- University degree with at least 3 years’ experience in Senior position
- Management accounting experience in International firm is preferable;
- Teamwork with motivational ability
- High works standards
- Legal and taxation knowledge
- Sharp and accurate calculation skill
- Have command in independent working under pressure
- Problem-solving and time management skill
