- Playing the Champion role of first mile and linehaul/shuttle with strong and regular engagement with all levels of employees, from top leadership to individual contributors through strategic and tactical plans and activities
- Developing the “Value framework” (i.e., key drivers of service performance, cost, benefit and risk) for key solutions to enable engagement appropriate teams to deliver business outcomes
- Providing the value framework for the “solution” before the sale; assessing Business
- Outcomes after implementation and develop that as the good practice for the team
- Working with other HoDs to ensure the smooth connection of all the processes to bring the benefit for sellers and customers
- Create an environment for results-oriented growth and continuous improvement to share best practices and encourage innovation and change within the organization
- Being the advocate for Knowledge Management (KM), championing KM processes, procedures and disciplines
- Representing the company to work and build the relationship with vendors, building up their capacity and service to ensure the service for the company
- Being the real leader to drive team and the business
- Route
- In ecommerce logistics, we split the first mile and last mile operation. Route is the first mile, responsible to pick up parcels from merchants across and move the parcels to sort centre
- Different merchant profile will be handled first mile differently, and the Head will need to overlook, analyze and drive the team to apply suitable first mile method to ensure sellers experience while optimizing the cost
- Linehaul and shuttle
- Linehaul and shuttle is the connection between sort to last mile hub, across Vietnam
- On-time performance of linehaul and shuttle will ensure the overall performance of the whole team
- Capacity planning is also such important to ensure the packages are uploaded on time after sort
Job Requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- Supply chain or logistics experience, especially in transportation and air logistics
- Managerial experience, being a real leader for the team
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse teams, and coaching and counselling senior leadership and business sponsors
- Analytical skill, data driven mindset
- Change mindset and experience
- Preferred Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and exceptional listening skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Strong logical and analytical approach to problem solving with exceptional Influencing skill, facilitation and listening skills
- High energy and with positive drive. Forward-looking with a holistic approach
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Establish and manage strong relationships with customer-oriented focus
