Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these markets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
- Oversee the development and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's market presence.
Job Requirements
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or with multinational companies.
- Significant experience in the apparel, textile, or fashion sectors is a major advantage.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
