Job Description
1. Handle administration work related to immigration and legalized documents:
• Carry out procedures for Vietnamese staff to have overseas business trips, and for foreign experts to work in Vietnam in the short-term such as applying for a visa, buying insurance, etc.;
• Support implementing consular legalization procedures, and notarized translation of the license;
2. Support Committees/ Councils:
• Prepare action plans, reports for Committees/ Councils and hold meetings periodically;
• Coordinate with relevant units, and follow departments to deploy and ensure the completion of action plans;
3. Manage the information of the GA Department:
• Make GA list of Confidential Information and ensure authorized access for members of the department;
• Follow and ensure all Confidential Management activities are in compliance with Company’s regulations;
4. Support other tasks:
• Coordinate with related units to fully conduct and deliver gifts to employees during particular events such as Tet (Holiday), Women’s Day, and Mid-Autumn festival;
• Hold internal activities/ events to connect employees such as Ajinomoto Family Day, and anniversaries;
• Follow up, estimate related expenses and ensure the budget remains within control;
• Implement other activities of the Company under the direction of Department Managers.
Job Requirements
• From 23 to 26 years old;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Foreign Trade, Economics, Law, Foreign languages, Office Administration or related majors;
• Be proficient in MS Office and fluent English;
• Have good communication and presentation skills;
• Be honest, dynamic, and careful;
• Have at least 1 year of experience in relevant positions.
Working days: Monday - Friday
