Job Description
Cordinate and supervise all ATL & Digital MKT activities to build brand equity | ||||
- Coordinate with related deparments to implement Marketing activities smoothly (ATL, Digital) | ||||
- Supervise external agencies on Marketing activities execution | ||||
- Analysis the effective of Marketing activities. | ||||
- Report as requested | ||||
New product development | ||||
- Coordinate with related deparments for new product development, from idea filter stage to development stage. | ||||
- Prepare for the launch of local products/ brands. | ||||
- Monitor and analysis the result of local brand launch. | ||||
- Propose ideas for product improvement. | ||||
Monitor and report retail audit data | ||||
- Analysis & report the result of retail audit data from Nielsen monthly. | ||||
Others | ||||
- Keep track of competitors for benchmarking and for actions | ||||
- Make regular market visit to enhance market understanding | ||||
- Follow process, form as regulated in FSSC 2200 & ISO 9001:2015 | ||||
- Provide ad-hoc assistance when required |
Job Requirements
Trình độ/ Education: | ||
University | ||
Chuyên môn/ Major: | ||
Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage. | ||
Kinh nghiệm/ Experience: | ||
At least 2 years experience in Brand marketing, especially in Digital MKT. | ||

- Good analytical skills, Creative | ||
- Hard-working, Passionate, Proactive | ||
- Good at computer (Microsoft software) | ||
- Good verbal & written both Vietnamese and English | ||
