Job Description
- Implement business plans to grow market share & profit of the product ranges
- Take responsibility of strategic price management and coordinate with BLM which in line with the customer value for products below
+ Element Exchange Strategy (Renew/Overhauling/Replacement)
+ Service contract PM/EW+/TR
+ Connectivity: Focus on value and benefit for license
- Create lead generation campaigns to increase our presence in focus industry segments and focus products
- Together with BLM/Sales team to build up the “Smart Pricing” which in line with the market especially for < 30kw range and consumable spare part
- Strive for 100% customer share including the successfully introduction of maintenance programs for competitor equipment in mixed manufacturer installations.
- Ambition to growth 100% ratio 1:1
- Utilize the full potential of CRM and other sales tools to optimize sales efficiency
- Prepare the marketing document, take the product training to the Distributor and coordinate with Technical Support & Training Manager CTS
- Visit end customer and distributors on an ad hoc basis to support the sales team promoting high value customer solutions
- Enhance internal collaboration through close communications with other divisions and departments in the organization
Job Requirements
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical/commercial environment
- Solid knowledge about the compressed air industry
- Experience working in a large and complex organization
Personal affinity
- Ambitious to invest in your personal development
- Analytic ability to digest data and transform into strategy and action
- Affinity to be a presenter and inspire the audience
Education & knowledge
- Master or bachelor’s degree in commercial or technical field
- Solid verbal and written English skills (or willingness to develop in 6 months)
Candidate is preferred to base in Binh Duong office
