Job Description

• Checking, recording the payment and receivable documents to ensure following tax regulation/ company policy.

• Making bookkeeping and reconciliation related to GL, AR, and AP detail on Mankichi system (MKS) at the end of the month, quarter and closing end.

• Preparing bank payments throughout e-banking of banks and working with bank team for any issues,

• Reconcile the bank balance at as end of monthly/ quarterly and yearly to make sure that it the update on time and accuracy.

• In-charge for preparation of tax returns, including Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Foreign Contractor Tax, annex Transfer pricing and others report for tax authority per tax law.

• Combine with team members to compare internal reports and accounting reports.

• Assist carry out to improve tax compliance, reduce tax risk and substance tax position.

• Assist to provide supporting on finance events such as final statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit or any other activities that are not anticipated.

• Review all kinds of contracts/ termination contract & relevant supporting documents from tax perspective to ensure compliance with internal & external policies.

• Review all kinds of payment documents and tracking the payment compliance from tax perspective and internal rule.

• Assist, prepare reports and provide documents for an internal, external audit, and tax departments when required.

• Timely address tax concerns of other business team.

• Keeps up to date with changing tax laws, analyses the implication and timely consult to management.

• Other tasks when required.
