Job Description
| - Be responsible to set up and check standard for RM, WM, Semi-products, Finished products… | |||||
| - Be responsible check to prevent some risks which can influence to the quality | |||||
| Các nhiệm vụ chính/ Key accountabilities: | |||||
| 1 | Standard: | ||||
| - Set up internal standard for receiving RM, WM | |||||
| - Set up internal standard for approving Semi-products, finished products, Products spec. | |||||
| - Set up operating standard, quality standard for production | |||||
| - Set up standard condition for production process | |||||
| - Ensure all our products follow Vietnam regulation | |||||
| 2 | Process: | ||||
| - Ensure production process in proper condition | |||||
| - Ensure products follow up VietNam food regulation | |||||
| - Suitable checking system | |||||
| - Make new products plan and new materials test | |||||
| 3 | Education: | ||||
| - Instruct production about new processes/standard | |||||
| - Remind worker to follow the sanitary regulations | |||||
| - Co-operate with Factory administration Manager about safe - sanitary food training plan | |||||
| - Co-operate with Production Manager in order to educate worker | |||||
| 4 | Sanitary in Factory: | ||||
| - Manage sanitation | |||||
| - Control insects (Co-operate with Environment staff) | |||||
| - Consult with Production Manager/Factory manager to prevent foreign matters contamination | |||||
| 5 | Report: | ||||
| - Administrate all QC data (Report, Record) | |||||
| - Administrate and update all internal standards, food regulations | |||||
| - Send QC monthly report to Factory manager | |||||
| - Follow to the order of Factory manager | |||||
| 6 | Other request: | ||||
| - Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Factory Manager | |||||
| - Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system | |||||

Job Requirements
| Education: | |||||
| - University degree | |||||
| Major: | |||||
| - Polytechnic University, Chemical engineer, food processing industry (or similar major) | |||||
| Experience: | |||||
| - 3 year at the same position (or similar position) | |||||
| Knowledge: | |||||
| - Knowledge of chemical technology | |||||
| - Knowledge about food processing industry | |||||
| Skills: | |||||
| - Good at computer, comunication, manageable skills | |||||
| - Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage | |||||
