Job Description
This position is for our Digital Factory & Process Industries and Drives Division. This person is responsible for delivering targets of focused customers and collaborating across Business Units and across countries to the best solution for our customers in Vietnam
What do I need to do to qualify for this job?
- Plan, manage and drive the division’s portfolio as an entrepreneur
- Develop, implement and manage Business Development Plans and ensure growth targets for business units
- Build product promotion plan for identified customers and applications
- Monitor and report market developments for relevant customer categories
- Build-up and maintain close and regular contact to focus customers per product group
- Workout and demonstrate unique-selling-points of Siemens portfolio to end-customers, OEM/EPC as well as contracted partners
- Cover regular Sitrain training for complete product range
Job Requirements
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 3-5 years experience in the business development and operational sales within the industry sector.
- Know how of automation and drives products and relevant applications
- 10+ years experience in sales
- Strong personality and ability to deal with different cultures
- Able to speak mandarin as focus will be on Taiwanese Customers and Investors
