Job Description
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Ø Prepare Training Materials:
• Compose/review/update training materials for Corp. events & Member events
• Follow up and get approval from Legal/MPC/ECT and related departments
• Renew training materials for systematized training: HOM, QSP, Kickoff, TAB, Skill training, Leadership training…
• Coordinate with relevant Departments and Leaders in training activities and develop training materials
Ø Supervise Event and Training:
• Attend and supervise Sales events in-house and outside
• Support regional/ad-hoc events (NC festival, Honors event, FPTR, Extravaganza...)
Ø Conduct Trainings to MC/Speaker:
Ø Plan and organize “Train The Trainer” & rehearsal MC, Speaker of Sales event
• Coach Members to be Trainers
• Develop testing to evaluate the training result
Ø Make training report:
• Make the training report of each event and training
• Create and analyze the measurement after event & propose the training improvement
Ø Make training plan:
• Identify the training needs of members to develop new training program or modify the existing ones
• Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly training calendar
Ø Support E-Learning System (iFT)
• Update training content & solve issues from Member
· Make the iFT report by quarterly/yearly
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Sales Training Supervisor will lead the staffs included temporary ones in Hochiminh city and Hanoi to support the events and trainings in cities and provinces. Moreover, the supervisor should have the management skills to work with vendors to make sure all the projects happen as the plan.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
· Interacts with all levels throughout organization; including Corporate/Regional staff, 40hrs’ clientindependent distributors, and vendors
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills
· Good presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written English and Vietnam).
· Project and time management skills.
· Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
· Self-motivated, proactive and with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
· Able to build credibility and trust by demonstrating high ethical standards and personal integrity.
· Work may involve sensitive and confidential information, discretion is essential.
· Travel is required.
Experience:
· At least 5 years of experience in sales training/customer service/communication or related fields.
Education:
· University degree or above.
