We are looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Executive to manage our online communications as well as increase brand equity for Vietnam market. The job scope will cover all relevant planning and implementation of marketing communication activities that includes Public Relations, Digital and Social Media Marketing and all other activities that are essential to build a strong brand and connection with our target audiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a brand guardian and ensure logo and campaign assets are deployed across all touchpoints correctly and consistently, ie. web materials, social media contents, paid ads, emarketplace visibility etc.
2. Ensure appointed partners and 3rd parties adhere to guidelines when utilising branding assets, including logo.
3. Manage VN’s Editorial Calendar
4. Manage VN’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook/ LinkedIn/ YouTube.
5. Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns to drive awareness & generate leads for both B2B & B2C porfolio.
6. Work with dedicated agencies to develop creative content pieces to support sales and marketing activities.
7. Build relationship with strategic media groups and ensure PR coverage.
8. Assist with event organization, tradeshows & other offline activations.
9. Collate monthly report for all responsible activities. Share insights, observation and improvement points.

Product Communications (25%) |
· Events, tradeshow, exhibition, training, workshop, seminar · Co-marketing programs with partners (MDT, MD, dealers…) · Channel branding · E-commerce support |
- Ensure the activities to be delivered as planned, with agreed quality & at approved budget. - Ensure brand visibility across the touchpoints. - Ensure the activities comply with local regulatory & marketing compliance policy |
Administrative duties (15%) |
· Vendor account creation & maintenance · Contract & payment · Reporting · Other ad-hoc duties |
- Ensure documents are in accordance with internal guidelines - Minimize disputes from vendors & risks of contract penalty |

college/university
