Job Description
- As a Senior Consultant at 40HRS Co.Ltd you will, together with a team of dedicated professionals, be responsible for helping our Clients achieve their hiring goals.
- You will do this by providing professional consulting and account management to our Clients Business Leaders and Heads of HR and thereby actively market 40HRS Co.Ltd capabilities to Clients and Candidates
- Your daily work will be diverse, but will be dominated by Client and Candidate contact, where you strive to develop loyal and long term relationships with both parties.
- Establishing new clients through business development and networking.
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Interviewing prospective candidates
- Managing the whole recruitment process from start to finish
- Helping candidates to identify and achieve their career goals, and encouraging continuing professional development.
- Making job offers and checking references on candidates.
- Making plan to achieve objective from company
- Competitive salary with an uncapped individual commission.
Job Requirements
- Natural alignment with the Company’s culture and core values
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales in a professional services environment
- Bachelor’s degree in related function is strongly preferred
- Ability to connect with individuals at various levels within an organization
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, persuasion and closing skills
- Proven track record in sales
- Previous lead or management capabilities within a team environment
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
- Solid problem solving and organization skills
- Strong business acumen
