Job Description
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility
- Design and configure rooftop PV systems
- Perform yield simulations and export analysis for the PV
- system - Assist in procurement and discussions with contractors and vendors
- Execute PV system projects and oversee testing and commissioning
- Monitor project deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members
- Coach and support project team members in their assigned tasks
- Ensure high uptime and efficiency of assets - Keep HSE-related documents up to date
- Allocate HSE responsibilities and duties for site personnel
- Ensure compliance with Cleantech Solar procedures and processes by subcontractors
Job Requirements
o Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical and Construction majors.
o 5+ years of commercial and industrial construction experience
o 3+ years of experience in rooftop solar photovoltaic systems / solar photovoltaic systems
o Strong project management skills, including contractor management o Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
o Priority subjects: Candidates with O&M experience; have Project Management certificates, relevant practice certificates;
Fluent in English or Korean ▪ Language and computer proficiency:
o Applicants must be fluent in both written and spoken in English language.
o Demonstrated proficiency with a computer, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other business applications.
▪ The right to live and legally work in Vietnam currently.
