Job Description

  • The position holder is responsible for planning, developing and implementing a productive Talent Acquisition strategy and plan to attract expat employees for our company and at the same time finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates and giving them an onboarding success
  • §  Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team for expat employees including teachers
  • §  Collaborating with CAT to get the orders for the new school year and replacement orders along the year
  • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
  • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
  • Plan employee referral programs
  • Source and find candidates qualified for open positions and coordinate with hiring managers in the selection process until the candidate is appointed to offer
  • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Attend career and college fairs, job fairs and similar events

Key Responsibilities
  • Working as a Partner with Hiring Managers at the campuses and CAT for a good understanding of their needs in order to identify the right talent for their business unit and in consistency with the group selection criteria
  • Manage the recruitment process and activities from sourcing, profile screening, interviewing, candidate assessing until the candidates are appointed for the assigned vacancies
  • Delegate the recruitment orders to other team member and do the supervision to make sure the new hired able to get onboard at the expected date or within the recruitment pipeline
  • Provide guidance to ensure the team members on track of the recruitment timeline and help them meet or exceed their goals.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and engage team members with a sound operational plan that delivers results and provides stability across the team through performance.
  • Manage an effective recruitment platform to generate and maintain candidates' databases from various sources to fill any hiring demand shortly.
  • Proactively contact and build good relationships with highly sought candidates.
  •  Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short and long-term resources needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools to select the right people for the right job; continuously keep updated of a new recruitment platform in the market to recommend a change when needed
  • Maintain accurate candidate database and applicant tracking system and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports as requested
  • Ad-hoc report and other tasks assigned by Line Manager.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • BA/MA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field
  • 2-4 years of experience as TA Team Lead or similar HR role
  • Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test…)
  • Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
  • Experience with recruitment platforms and headhunters
