Job Description
- Managing technical solution activities for customers
- Promoting the company’s top of the line products
- Building strong business relationships with customers
- Delivering technical presentations & conduct technical seminars to key customers
- Supporting to influence Product up-gradation in brands and customers
- Supporting new product launch and penetration in the market place
- Advising complaint handling guidance/ assistance to related parties
- Training sales team on the technical knowledge
- Monitoring and coaching technical personnel
- Developing visit plans for potential and existing customers
- Adopting Salesforce.com and report all activities and business information using this tool.
Job Requirements
- University degree in related field
- At least 3-year experience in garment industry and 1-year in supervisory role.
- Fluently in English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
- MS Office requirements
