Job Description
- Lead of Rural Expansion Plan
- Category development and monitoring
- Execute channel development plan
- Develop and propose promotional mechanics
- Coordinate with regional team in North on executing channel picture of success
- Trade / monitor channel performance vs expectation
- Support Window campaign (take turn circulate between team member)
- Inject channel plan according to Window with aligned execution across nationwide
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree major in Marketing or Business related area
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Trade Marketing for FMCG Company
- Strong leadership, creativity and innovation, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and decision making
- Ability to conduct and advice pre-launch / innovation evaluation
- Ability to develop and manage trade activity plan
- Sound understanding of particularly financial accounting basic
- Good command of English; Good communication skills; Creativity and innovative
