Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Follow-up all related to the development until commercialization for customer demand and satisfaction. Managing and leading the team for upgrading and innovation.
• Responsible to the related all developments for future production stable (Commercialization)
• Following and responsible for new development projects and report the progress to R&D Director/ Share the
information on time with other related departments
• Track all developments progress and implement proper communication with customer (factories & brand)
• Follow up the mold manufacturing progress daily and update the project status to customer whenever it is needed
• Discuss with Mold/ Production/Sample team for improvement based on mold trial and coordinate with other department to support production continuously
• Keep development timeline and communication with customer continuously for satisfaction& build deep business relationship
• Discuss with related department and report to BODs about unexpected concern or issue to understand the status and have action plan
• Mass production tooling improvement / suggestion for automation and productivity

• At least 5 years of experience in Managing Technical/
Development of Plastic Injection Molding
• Injection Tooling experiences and Technical English is
