External audit:
- Prepare financial data to support periodic government report, regular government inspection (i.e. VCA, HCM DOIT, Ha Noi DOIT and provinces)
Internal audit: including but not limited at full scope audit, FCPA, SOX, US GAAP
Taxation:
- Meet deadlines of all tax reports and payment
- Support tax audit
Inventory & Costing:
- Manage standard cost on Oracle be updated
- Prepare quarterly cycle count report to ensure coverage more than 95%
- Attend periodic stock count. Review SCOP reconciliation and adjustment
Cashflow forecast bi-weekly
Insurance:
- Monitor insurance expense to ensure the proper expense allocation
- Prepare data to complete the property survey from Corporate
- Liaise local broker to obtain policy & billing which have been approved by Corporate
Month end closing:
- Handle journal of inventory, promotions and sales event
- Compete OneStream monthly Data Analysis
- Prepare monthly FS Analysis
- Prepare quarterly US GAAP Reconciliation and Net Sales Analysis
Insurance
- Monitor insurance expense to ensure the proper expense allocation
- Prepare data to complete the property survey from Corporate
- Liaise local broker to obtain policy & billing which have been approved by Corporate
Country/ Regional Projects
Job Requirements
Please fill in the required qualifications here
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent Professional qualification, CPA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance management or supervisory level
- Computer literate with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP system such as Oracle or SAP is a big plus
- Big4 Audit experience is an advantage
- Strong local accounting and tax knowledge.
- Experience in a multi-national organization environment
- Independent, good communication
- Effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
