Job Description
Corporate Finance & Accounting in various industry
· Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regards to long-term strategic goals, operational budgets and forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans
· Responsible for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy
· Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the management team
· Providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting functions and team
· Lead the mergers and acquisitions activities, including candidates’ evaluation, structure, negotiate, and finalize purchase agreements
· Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement
· Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
Job Requirements
· Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
· More than 8 years of experiences in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in executive leadership positions
· In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
· Experience with mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations
· Outstanding knowledge and understanding of Accounting standards (VAS,IFRS…), regulatory issues and tax planning
· Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to lead and motivate employees within the organization
