Job Description
Safety & Housekeeping:
- Working with IE Manager to ensure targets for Health & Safety are meet.
- Ensure all accidents/incidents and near miss are reported in a timely manner.
- Actively look for areas where safety can be improved.
- Maintain standards for housekeeping.
Activities:
- Lead the Hopper Ideas within Manufacturing & Supply Chain and make it become the project.
- Scheduling LSS training program and make sure people trained have practice at shopfloor.
- Calculating project business impact.
- Co-ordinate with IE Analyst to review head-counts GAP analysis and using Lean Six Sigma Tool to reduce the GAP.
- Prepare daily analysis of manufacturing performance.
- Report and analyse variances to the manufacturing plan.
- Audit the process and suggest ways in which can be improved.
- Establish the Lean manufacturing mindsets and make changes in CPP.
- Implement VSM to improve manufacturing lead-time continuously.
- Identify the 8 types of wastes in the process and giving solution to remove/minimize the wastes.
Job Requirements
1. Essential:
- Industrial Engineer Degree is a plus or Business Administration Degree
- Good communication skills essential.
- Ability to present reports in a clear and concise fashion.
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
2. Desirable:
- Fluency in speaking, writing English
