Job Description
Report to Operation Manager and take responsibility on:
· Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective;
· Manage the production and purchasing planning and work with internal production department;
· Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors;
· Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms;
· Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility;
· Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers;
· Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services;
· Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements;
· Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;
· Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods;
· Ensure all data is entered accurately into the company’s information system in accordance with company’s Work Order processes and procedures;
· Preparing procurement reports;
· Manage warehouses;
Others tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements

Education/ Trình độ: |
Bachelor degree on in supply chain management, logistics, accounting & auditing, business administration or International economics.

Experience/ Kinh nghiệm: |
5-9 year working experience and has at least 3 years of experience as a Procurement Manager or Head of Procurement Experience in a Manufacturing Industry is a PLUS

Fluent English proficiency |

Strong computer |
