Job Description
Responsibilities
• Accountable for managing segment accounts to facilitate business expansion through effective sales processes.
• Achieve individual sales goals and specific targets to meet both short and long-term objectives.
• Formulate and concentrate on a Direct Sales strategy, particularly with Key Account and OEM customers.
• Oversee and enhance activities related to assigned accounts.
• Explore new business prospects and potential customers within the relevant industry.
• Work in conjunction with Regional and cross-functional teams to enhance SKF brand visibility.
• Cultivate operational excellence and capabilities that add value.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
• Bachelors in mechanical engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in selling industrial products, solutions and/or consumable supply
• Experience in Segment (Cement/Pulp and Paper/Metal/High speed bearings/F&B) or related industries is preferrable.
• Direct Sales experience
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organized.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Computer literacy.
• Able to travel upcountry.
