MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Build Company Transformation/Digitalization roadmap
Develop partnership with Business Leaders to understand business requirements/needs in term of digital solutions; create and prioritize the product roadmap at all level (group, business and factory) to help refine and enhance the business strategy
Play as key contact point between internal business with outside technical vendors
Create and enforce policies and procedures for effective data management (data capture, data warehouse and data sharing)
Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects
Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders etc.
Support others in the daily use of data systems (ERP, MES, APS, WMS, HRIS, Power BI) and ensure adherence to legal and company standards
Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)
Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses
Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications
Invent new way to improve efficiency and cost down by applying advanced technology

Proven leadership skills
Proven experience as data manager and software development
BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field
Solid experience with ERP SAP/Oracle will be preferred
Advanced experience with SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL or Postgres)
Experience with report tools: Power BI, Tableau etc
Solid experience with systems integration and integrated data flow through API/EDI solutions
Familiar with SaaS and HaaS management solutions
Familiar with Project Management models - PMO
Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills - RCA
Hi degree English is required
