Job Description

Our client is in search for a filtration specialist to lead the Sales force for the process filtration market (Chemical, Environment, Minerals, Food & Beverage, Palm Oil, Sugar) in Vietnam. The candidate should be:

 An enthusiastic team player with adequate technical knowledge in fabricated media/filtration mesh.

 Excellent B2B Sales Skills with value-added sales approach.

 Has knowledge in Liquid/solid filtration processes that uses filter press, disk filter and vacuum belt filter.

 Candidates with filtration equipment fabricator (OEM) for liquid/solid filtration sales / technical background are encouraged to apply.

 Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese.

 Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Engineering

 Candidates with technical background from Technical University / Ha Noi Mining University, HCM Polytechnic University/ Ha Noi university of Technological and Science are encouraged to apply

 Must be willing to be stationed at Sefar Vietnam Rep Office in HoChiminh, Vietnam.

 Minimum two years’ work experience in B2B sales

 Pleasant, professional with good interpersonal skills with a positive outlook Responsibilities:

 Develop and independently manage the process filtration sales plan and activity that covers: field sales action plan, sales targets, customer visits, revenue development and expense control.

 Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to consulting services, providing solution to ensure a positive customer experience, before and after sales.

 Equip self with ongoing product trainings with constant learning outlook.

 Understand and analyse customers’ needs for Process Filtration segment, securing customers advantages and benefits and connected strategies to penetrate into the market and analyse how they relate to SEFAR’s products

 Contributing in sales, marketing and business development strategy and definition through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments or product solution for Southeast Asia Region

 Reports to Country Sales Manager

 Live SEFAR’s core values and lead by example.
