Job objective:
• Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
• Personally contacts and secures new business customers.
Key responsibilities
• Oversee the sales and distribution activities to identify and develop new customers for the Company’s products and services.
• Overlook that all sales tools and materials are available to all customers.
• Handle and expedites customer problems and complaints.
• Promote positive relations with customers, vendors, and distributors.
• Responsible for overseeing all sales activities in assigned regions.
• Monitor and analyse sales activities against targets and competitors.
• Supply management orally and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Research and develop strategies and plans which identify sales opportunities, direct sales, and new project development.
• Establish and implement short- and long term goals, objectives, and operating procedures as required by the management.
• Secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a structured sales process and as well relationship-based approach.
• Expansion of market share.
• Explains products and services to existing / potential customers and assists them in selecting their needs.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• University or College degree in Business, Economy or related field.
• At least 5 years proven experience in sales development within a foreign company in Vietnam, preferable in the Knitting/Garment Industry.
• Good connection within the Vietnam garment industry and with the big international fashion preferred
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
• Knowledge of structuring sales goals and revenue expectations. Experience in planning sales strategies.
• Excellent English language skills both written and orally.
• Ability to speak in Chinese language at professional level.
