Job Description
- Strategically manage both raw material and finished good warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Insure all best practice procedures are followed in all areas of responsibility
- Oversee warehouse activities to ensure the efficient utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Ensure all inventories on hand are handled properly in SAP throughout the reconciliation process and month-end closing
- Plan work schedules, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Coach and motivate employees

- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing and supply chain (inventory management, warehouse, etc.) environment
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Strong SAP/Master Data abilities strongly preferred. Experience with warehousing programs required
- Outstanding leadership, decision making, organizational, multitasking and problem- solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities both in Vietnamese and English
Selections
- Experience in manufacturing in a MNC / +/- 5 years
- Experienced SAP user / E.g. if candidate does not use SAP in current job, but did so in the previous one, it’s ok, as long as gap is not more than 3 years
- Taxation: CIT, Withholding Tax, double taxation agreement
- Ability to release financial reports with VAS & IFRS standards
- Fixed asset accounting => can be viewed as optional
- Strong in compliance / acting with integrity
