Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of various commercial contracts including but not limited to PPAs, EPC contracts, O&M contracts, M&A agreement etc.
2. Advising on laws and regulations of Vietnam pertaining to energy sector.
3. Liaising with local legal and tax advisers.
4. Conducting of legal due diligence exercise on target companies.
Job Requirements
Experience and key Skills:
1. A lawyer with a minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm.
2. Substantial experience in energy and infrastructure related work.
3. Substantial experience in M&A transactions.
4. Good drafting skills and good command over English and Vietnamese.
Qualification:
• Relevant university degree in law and license to practice law in Vietnam
