Job Description

  • The primary scope of work of a Bidding Engineering Manager for Solar Energy Projects may include:
  • Bidding process management: Plan and manage the Bidding process for solar energy technology projects to ensure it operates efficiently.
  • Writing and submission of bids: Understand technical requirements, prepare and submit bids, thereby ensuring your chances of winning a project.
  • Technical requirements analysis: Analyze requirements for bid price, understand the technical aspects of the project, and develop an effective strategy for setting bid price. Analyze and evaluate necessary technical requirements for system installation and operation. Prepare technical measures for potential risks and incidents. Present technical solutions to effectively operate solar power generation systems.
  • Legal and regulatory compliance: Become familiar with the legal aspects of the solar energy industry and write bid price based on your understanding
  • of regulations to ensure the project complies with the law. Provide technical advance and support to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiation of contract terms: negotiate and coordinate contract terms to ensure stable project progress after a successful award of a project
  • Exploration of technology trends and innovations: Continuously monitor the latest trends and innovations in solar technology and incorporate them
  • into the bidding strategy to gain competitive advantage.
  • Collaboration management: Increase project efficiency by maintaining smooth collaboration with different related parties and facilitating
  • communication within and between teams.
  • Cost and schedule management: Manage project budgets and schedules, and create cost-effective bid price to increase competitiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Over 5 years of related experience is required.
  • Experience in negotiation and negotiation of contract terms: Must have experience in negotiations after bidding and negotiation of contract terms and be able to achieve results effectively
  • Expertise and experience: Expertise in solar technology and experience of working in similar projects.
  • Bidding and signing experience: A certain number of years of experience in bidding and contract management related to the technical procurement process may be required.
  • Project management experience: Project management experience in managing the schedule, budget and associated risks of solar energy projects will be beneficial.
  • Understanding of industry and law: Experience is required to understand the trends and legal aspects of the solar energy industry.
